Alan Nero has been an agent for as long as baseball players have had agents—some 30 years. He is the chairman of Octagon’s baseball department, which is the No. 1 agency in global baseball placement. Nero’s department places players in leagues around the world in addition to representing some of baseball’s biggest names stateside—including Felix Hernandez, Jose Bautista and Jose Altuve.

Ariel Rodriguez signs for Bangkok Glass

FIA Sports Management is pleased to announce the signing of Costa Rica national team striker, Ariel Rodriguez to Bangkok Glass.

The 26-year-old forward makes the move from Costa Rican giants Deportivo Saprissa, signing a 2-year deal with the Thai club for an undisclosed transfer fee.

“My goal is the title. I want to boost Bangkok Glass and win the championship.” said Ariel Rodriguez via the official BG site.


Olyroos goalkeeper Alastair Bray signs for Central Coast Mariners

FIA Sports Management is pleased to announce that Alastair Bray has signed for A-League club Central Coast Mariners.

The shotstopper signs on for his first senior professional contract after stints with Melbourne Heart’s youth team and NPL club Bentleigh Greens.

The deal completes a standout year for Bray who lead the Greens to the NPL Victoria championship and earned a call up to the Australian U-23 National Team, the Olyroos in September.
